I got a rfe of my 485 application for a certified english translation of my
chinese birth certificate. Below is the msg i got from lawyer:
--Our office has recently received a Request for Evidence (RFE) for your
pending I-485 Application. The USCIS is requesting a certified English
translation by an UNRELATED third party of your foreign-language birth
certificate.
The notary birth certificate I got in china does not have the certification
page for the English translation (certify the Chinese and English
translation are correct), if i need to get it translated here by third party
, what is the best way to do it? Any suggestions? I knew there are online
uscis certified English translation service, not sure if anyone used that
before。 It is better to do it from immigration lawyer who knows chinese and
english?
