I am writing the "Resource sharing plan" for a NIH proposal and have a quick
question about the RNA sequencing and proteomics data. Does anyone here
know which websites we should deposit or store the RNA sequencing and
proteomics data for public access after those data are published? Are there
any regulations on these in the US? Thank you very much.

Read Archive (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra).
Not sure about proteomics data.
