版上有人谈到foreclosure房子的产权问题。请问如果是bank owned房子，无论新旧，
是不是都有可能在buyer买了之后出现产权问题，如一段时间后忽然有人跳出来说自己
也有部分产权（我理解为前owner or builder的lender之一）。
还是，跟银行买foreclosed房是safe的。如果不是，该如何避免。

tumor需要营养，所以分泌物质促进angiogenesis。我想请问新生成的血管的细胞，是
正常的epithelial cells,还是tumor cells? 我个人认为是前者，但是不是十分确定。
请牛人来确定一下。

不是肿瘤细胞能分化成血管吗，发了一堆文章呢，虽然有些质疑。

肿瘤细胞可以分化成血管？
我之前的理解是肿瘤细胞分泌VEGF然后促使endothelial cells生成血管。
还是说新血管是肿瘤细胞和endothelial cells混在一起的？

你这个指的是seller's title insurance吗？那还要不要买buyer's title insurance?

对。两年前有两篇nature，一篇PNAS。
GBM的，血管可以从EC来，当EC被抑制了，肿瘤细胞自己上。

there's no such thing called "seller's title insurance". They are owner's
title insurance (for the buyer) and lender's title insurance. As a buyer,
you pay for the lender's title insurance unless you pay with all cash and
the current owner pays for the owner's title insurance for you as the buyer.

肿瘤内部的血管细胞来源是多样化的，不同的paper给出的结论不同，个人认为由于其
结构是不完整的，更有可能使肿瘤细胞分化成类似血管功能的细胞。个人意见，仅供参
考。

一般bank owned都做了title search cleared title.
short sale就不保准了。

为什么付cash就不用买lender's title insurance了呢？这个insurance 保的是万一今

因为付cash没有lender。
