We probably won’t spend less money, but we will probably get a lot more bang for the buck.”
Some of the money will be wasted for sure for the hype. But if they're willing to take the time and start small, like the human genome project did, they can do good. It's definitely gonna be more challenging than the genome project because there's no "complete answer" in this case.
