为啥看不到DECISION SUMMARY啊？# Biology - 生物学

各位XDJM
我在前一个雇主那里求职时，雇主按照software方向申请的H1B，
后来工作开始不久把我调整到数据库DBA职位，该雇主是个小公司，
所有这些调整都是口头通知，没有书面记录, 老板一个人说了算，
根本没有HR或律师把关。我换工作面试和转H1B时在工作简历上
都按数据库DBA填写的。
现在我想在新雇主下面申请LC和绿卡，有人告诉我即使在公司内部
换工作职位也要向移民局补充材料，可我已经到新雇主下工作了，
我是否要和新雇主说明这种情况？如果不说明这种情况，移民局
在审查LC材料时会不会翻出前雇主给我申请的H1B材料来拒绝我的
LC和绿卡申请？如果我现在和新雇主讲会不会影响让我丢掉这个
好不容易找到的工作？
按说很多人的工作经历都是在美国之外的，他们除了提供工资单
或W-2之外，难道移民局有办法将所有人以前的工作经历都核实吗？

Check your email inbox for a letter from the editors, if you are the
corresponding author. Before we could be of any help, you may have to tell
us which journal you submitted your manuscript to at least.

移民局难道没有我两三年前雇主申请H1B的资料吗？
咱们这些外国人入境换工作办绿卡的信息都向移民局汇报
只要把名字生日和护照往电脑里面一敲，还不都列个一清二楚？
如果没有以前的记录，那么在公司内部换工作为什么还
要求递交补充材料呢？
有没有和兄弟经历类似的，给兄弟点拨一二。

Thanks. I am the first author, not the corresponding author. I thought the
decision letter should be shown on the website.

这里有没有了解移民局在审批LC和绿卡申请时都需要核对那些材料？
像俺这种情况移民局会不会刨出当年H1B的资料把俺干掉？
现在也不可能去要求前雇主去递交什么补充材料了。

Not necessary. The decision letter is generally sent to the "corresponding"
author.

USCIS does inspect H1 now. They would come to the company without notice,
talk to company designated officer and H1 holder to verify if H1 is doing
the H1 job, getting the H1 pay as shown on paper.
Be at ease, if you have already left previous co., there is no proof (or not
much proof) of what position you have held there. And USCIS inspect current
H1 holders (with current co's) more than withdrawn/expired/or previous co.
ones.
For your new H1 though, by law, you are not allowed to work for co.

哦，可是老板到现在也没给个信儿。以前不管是好是坏，都是马上就转给我了的。而且
奇怪的是，文章的CURRENT STAGE还是UNDER REVIEW。
文章是心血管方面的TOP杂志。

忒悲催了，今天发现自己的文章状态又变成了UNDER REVIEW了，DECISION LETTER选项
也不见了。
