中国老板也看是做什么的，非生物领域的中国人很多都很nice。
不过话说回来，您的工资好像给的不高，现在bioinfo posdoc的行情应该比这好。

我们组主要做遗传统计方法和算法，并运用到GWAS和sequencing数据分析上， 所以希

如果candidate能力很强并且 highly motivated, 我也可以从我的research grant里出
钱提高工资， 当然是在和NIH T32 规则不冲突的情况下 （I need to double check
with the program director）。
我先在的学生能力很强并且highly motivated, 他的工资也是系里学生中最高的。

2.价钱一般，水平高的人来了，我再提高价钱。
你觉得哪一种可能性能找到水平高的呢？ 当然有例外： 如果你是大牛组，价钱倒是次
要的。或者你的要求也不是很高，这样也能找到干活的。

很好的建议， 但是这是个T32 position， NIH是有一定的guildline的 （可以google
一下）。当然candidate能力很强而且钱对他很重要，我也愿意和T32 program
director 谈一下，看是不是可以从我的research funds里面出一部分钱。 只要不违反
NIH的规定， 应该是有一定余地的。
话又说回来，加入我们组 （我们不是大牛组）的人还真没有一个是奔着钱来的， 大部
分都是因为兴趣和以后前景来的。 现在还和我合作紧密的一个学生几乎没问我要过任
何support. 我们在一起合作就是因为兴趣， 想一块做东西， that's it! 我现在
support的学生也从来没和我提过涨工资， 他真的做的很好， 我给加的 （你可以和他

Bench work oriented Chinese bossed have very high pressure. I almost was
kicked off by one. However, I do not hate him because it was not easy for
him to get the funding.
Although i worked very hard, I did not get the satisfying result. The
situation was like a husband pushing his wife to give birth of a boy but
always got girl instead.
From that time on, I gave up bench work.

但是你是在公共论坛发广告啊，高工资当然是吸引人的重要手段
面试的时候再考虑兴趣啊，前途啊不迟
建议你把工资上限提高一些

支持楼主。看楼主的回答就很实在，应该也很nice
倒是下面好多跟贴的，吹毛求疵鸡蛋里面挑骨头。楼主别不高兴。
比以前那几个在这里招人的ID坦诚太多了。以前也经常有几个极品PI在这里贴广告，都
偷偷摸摸的；招人连自己的名字都不敢说，
搞笑么。

你太催毛求疵了。楼主正常的招聘广告，说得很坦诚很清晰了，还要怎么的？
以前也经常有ID在这贴广告招人，连自己的名字都不敢说，反而一再要别人的信息，要
别人保密他们的身份。贴招聘广告，不说自己是谁，你怎么看这个现象？
