ebay卖家给买家差评受什么限制吗？如果买东西被坑，要是给卖家差评的话，是不是卖
家可以报复性也给买家差评，还是卖家会被自动屏蔽成不能评？
另外，open case之后，是不是挺麻烦要提交好多证据，才能让ebay判定卖家输？
买了个小东西，才10块，卖家说全新，然后发过来一个坏的就再不理我了。已经开了
case，但是还没到提交仲裁的时间。如果那么麻烦就不想找ebay仲裁了，直接给他个差
评算了。

buyer只要说item different from description，随便list几个理由，没证据都行，直
接退货退款seller承担运费。只要seller没有特别强反驳证据，仲裁也一般都判seller
输。

我详细的看了好多页ebay policy，还是没有解答我原来的问题
