其实HFNO开的条件和国内差不多啊，看看这儿大最近在science上发的广告：

能涨点儿工资，拿点实惠，就是最大的用处。甭管啥title，在找TT 位置时都差不
多，反正大家都知道其实就是老博士后。坚持不换又能有什么好处？
为什么要坚持不换？比如一个清洁工，最初的title是“厕所清洁工”，刷了几年马桶
之后，可以提职称为“厕所所长”，涨点儿工资和其他福利，还是负责刷马桶。这个
新职称，跟旧职称比起来，尽管对于申请厨房刷碗工的岗位没有什么帮助，但是好
歹也是涨了工资，得了实惠是不是？

换title成为non tenure-track faculty，毕竟是faculty，就有资格申请很多grant，也
有资格成为co-I加入别人的grant里。对个人发展绝对是很有好处的。

浙大生研院，就是冯新华和管坤良做头的，招人一直是这个待遇，据说所有条件也到位
的很好。
