I claimed a 部级的科技进步奖 and put a lot of efforts to describe its
criteria and the significances of the research that led to this award. To
further prove that I have been playing a leading role in the research I also
mentioned that due to the significances of my research I was awarded "the
best researcher award" from 部研究院(局级)。because I was not intent to
claim this as the award to meet the uscis' criterion I did not give any
details for the best researcher award.In the NOID letter, the director
states: "the beneficiary did not submit any supporting documentation to
demonstrate that the best researcher award is a lesser nationally or
internationally recognized award for excellence in the field, therefore the
beneficiary has not met this criterion". My lord, I spent 2 pages to
describe the 部级的科技进步奖 he did not even mention it here but used the
best researcher award as the reason to reject this claim. I know I made
mistake to mention the best research award but now what I should I do to get
the director's attention to the other award that is what I intent to claim.

如果写明要本科或者master的这种，phd基本肯定没戏。
如果写明要master,这种还有一定可能。

多么， 在没有绿卡的情况下？还是也是半斤八两？

这个我知道，现在纠结要不要做薄后，还是转行，毕竟转行要投入2-3年时间和几万块
钱，等到毕业都30+, 依旧是fresh graduate 还有什么竞争力么
