我们屯子冷大了，很少这么低的温度，前几天开过的小花估计悔的肠子都青了...
天冷，我们做点热汤。
Tilapia 切成段，用厨房纸巾擦干。热锅，煎香鱼段，上色到焦黄，放入八角，姜片
，煎出香味，盐，白胡椒调味，放入热水，开锅后加豆腐，中大火15-20分钟就能熬出
白色的汤汁了（这个也要根据自家的锅，炉火来定）。
吃完火锅剩下一块白菜帮子... 用虾炒的吃吧，还比较给味道。
热锅，上油，炒香姜片，放入处理过的虾，翻炒到红色，蒜蓉，葱花，生抽，白糖，料
酒，番茄酱，白菜帮子，炒匀，最后加香菜就好。
上个中午的小豆沙饼，电饼铛的产物，真的很好用啊，方便睐～

10/06/2010: Another Soft LUD.
10/12/2010: Receive Approval Notice (公司小蜜差点把它扔了，幸亏我去问了，本
来想要问有没收到PP notice，对方说有收到，但不知道放在哪，而且告知，先报告给
老板，然后再给我看。此时我还不知道是Approval notice，因为无权看。大约过了1
个多小时，老板电话说让我到她办公室，给我看了notice，此时我不敢相信我竟然通过
，我都准备了材料等它来NOID或REF.)

个人体会：有时候小公司申请绿卡不一定是坏事，去年刚来这个闭塞的small town，
除了中餐馆，无中国人，非常痛苦。之后来了一个行业著名公司的offer，地处Florida
beautiful beach，而且薪水高出这里很多，最后出于中国所谓人情，最终没去大公
司，结果把大公司的头给得罪，4次推迟了他的报到时间，最后还是没去。实在是因为
这个公司的头和我PHD老板有点熟，当时工作，老板说了好话啊，现在两个月不到就走
，实在过意不去，毕竟大家都干这行，抬头不见低头见。塞翁失马，焉知祸福啊。但是
小公司绿卡申请很方便啊，比如签字什么，直接找头就行，不需要等。我不知道到大公
司，是不是还是这么方便。
律师拒绝你的case 不一定表明你就不行，如果你的case 很强，那个律师做都可以通过
，怎么能体现律师水平呢？如果把弱的做成通过的反而体现了水平，但是风险存在
，实际上律师也就提供指导和推荐信模板，剩下就你自己在忙。钱花的值不值？就买指
导费和咨询费，说句实在，最近在MITBBS潜水，看到很多大牛的DIY经验，重新来过，
肯定自己做。

我的nas速度d/u 大概是6/10 MBps
放一个20mbps左右码率的视频非常卡，为什么
另外一个12mpbs码率的就不卡
为什么这么大的overhead？

原来的大女主戏都叫甄嬛传，芈月传，如懿传，明妃传，丽姬传，明兰传这种，一目了
然，结果现在都改的叫什么秦时丽人明月心，知否什么绿肥红瘦，那时花开月圆…故弄
玄虚，不明所以，还容易搞混。

1,狗在人类历史上是伴侣动物，不是肉用家畜。马和驴也是工作家畜不是肉用家畜，所
以食用比例比猪牛羊鸡鸭鹅这些肉用家畜少得多。
2，我在肉狗场待过，入不敷出，成本高。狗贩子偷宠物狗成本更低，更愿意去毒狗抢
狗。所以市面上的狗肉有很多除了中华田园犬就是金毛哈士奇等大型而攻击性低的犬。
而传统的肉狗比如大丹等却很少。

一般大公司的R&D都应该满足条件吧，如果上司支持的话

关键看公司支不支持你，头支不支持。EB1B本来就需要雇主支持，但是公司需要有做研
究的经历，至少3人以上做研究，且过去做过相当的government support的project。
