如题， 有个公司已经out of business, 但是又没有注销，估计联系不到人。有份工作
是opt期间为了维持身份，跑去做的volunteer, 招我的人离开了，也联系不上了，现在
公司也没有我在那里工作的纪录。但是这些工作经历我都在485中提交了，不然就有Gap。
这种情况会影响卡的批准吗。

这个Hi因子算法很无聊。有的一年几百上千篇文章。有的一年几十篇。要比就要把hi因
子除以发表的总文章数。

太不合理了吧，要算visibility应该算平均每篇文章的visitility。
这个算法更像影响力，而不是作为作者投稿的参考。

有些杂志影响因子高，并不是文章好啊。有可能是某几篇极品文

这个是个典型的搞笑的统计方法。
确实H index也是如此，但是别忘了那是再比较的是个人。而个人的成就显然只会用他
最有代表性的工作来衡量。
相反，一个杂志的paper的质量则需要用平均水平，因为文章数量相差巨大，NCB一年才
100来篇paper，而PlosOne一年可以上万。
这好比说比较Harvard一个学校培养的牛人多，还是排名在50-100名的学校加起来培养
的牛人多（巨大的基数差异导致比较毫无意义。）
一个10篇里有一篇好paper的journal和一个1000篇里面有一篇好paper的journal哪个更
有影响力是非常明显的。
google是个有脑子的网站，但是不代表他做的所有的事都有脑子。

万多篇中有H5-index131这个质量的比率在0.5％。
拿排在它后面48位的Immunity作个比较。Immunity一年发～140篇的文章，有125篇5年
里有超过125个citation。它有超过H5-index125质量的比率在90%左右。
因为plos one 36，immunity48，你能说plos one比immunity好？
