According to my attorney: EB2 qualification: BACHELOR + 5 OR MASTER + 0. If you have master degree, depending on labor department or state department , your degree can be converted to work experience year, either 5 or 6, not the commonly said "1 school year == 2 work years" Since you have your master degree already, you can use your master degree solely to qualify for EB2, even if the job's requirement is Bachelor+5yr. You DO qualify! :)
