申请了一个5年的NIH R01，马上就要award了，NIH发邮件说：“the award will be
reduced 10% from the recommended level of support and the period of support
limited to four years in accordance with the XXX FY’17 Financial Management
Plan”，能否要求在减少10% budget的前提下仍然给我5年时间的R01呢？如果可以的
话，怎么说比较合理呢？多谢！

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum BS in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics or
equivalent science degree.
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of account Management experience in biotech industry.
3. Extensive experience selling Microarray, Genotyping, Reagents and Next
Generation Sequencing Services strongly preferred.
4. Strong understanding of the market and customer needs within the Next
Generation Sequencing industry.
4. Willing to travel.
5. Excellent communications, analytical and organizational skills
6. Require American citizenship or with working permit in US.

每个所有自己的政策。比如NIGMS不是new PI的话，一律四年。新人照顾到五年。
