The Emory Clinic (TEC), part of Emory Healthcare, is hiring a number of “
Process Improvement Analysts”. These are entry-level positions – part
of a job rotation program that will expose PIAs to a number of different
departments at TEC. Recent college graduates are the most likely candidates
, but anyone with an undergraduate degree can apply.
The PIAs have hybrid jobs – production oriented roles, while also working
on process improvement projects. During the rotation PIAs are thought about
healthcare operations as well a different process improvement methodologies
used at TEC. At the end of a 18 to 24 month rotation, PIAs are typically
offered individual contributor roles. The sky is the limit for truly
exceptional candidates.
Attached are two documents for potential PIA candidates to review: 1) a PIA
job description, and 2) The PIA program overview.
Application Requirements: Please visit http://www.emoryhealthcare.org/employment/search-careers.html and search for Requisition ID: 22692. To be considered for the program, applicants must submit the following:
• Current resume
• Two letters of recommendation (one professional, one academic)
• Unofficial undergraduate school transcript
• One page essay addressing previous process improvement experience—
how did you lead the project, and what lessons were

We are currently interviewing candidates, so anyone interested should apply
soon.
