short sale的房子，seller同意了出价，不过给了个counter offer，主要有这么一段：
Buyer understands and is aware that subject property has had water damage
from an upstairs toilette in master bathroom and leaked downstairs.
Insurance Company replaced and repaired all damage and home is in working
good condition. Due to bank having controlled money to pay for work
performed, the Seller does not have any documentation for work, but is
disclosing everything they are able. Buyer reserves right and is encouraged
to perform any and all inspections with a licensed inspector to satisfy
themselves that the home is in good working condition and releases seller
and its agents and brokers from any future liability.
这个是不是主要是seller的免责声明，反正他知道的事实说出来了。
我的担虑是这种被水damage过的房子就算修好了，会不会有后遗症？
因为价格还可以，如果这个water damage不是大问题，就打算从了。

Galaxy S2 (GT-I9100)上装的Resurrection Remix v3.0.9(JB 4.1.1)的ROM。中文短信
都显示成?了。试了自带的Messaging, textPlus和GoSMS都这样。看到有帖子说把SMS
Input Mode改成Automatic可以解决这个问题，我把setting看了几篇都没找到这个设置。

跟我的CASE类似. 我到不担心没修好.我更担心的是以后保险公司会不会拒保这个房子,
以及RESELL的时候下家会不会不愿意买

我前面放弃了一个房子，已经进了escrow, inspection的时候发现有一处roof leak，
洗手间浴缸底部也有漏水，于是干脆放弃了。不过现在这个也这样，所以在想是不是这
个年头的房子基本都有这问题？都是1990年左右的房子。

我本计划过两天INSPECTION,但SELLER 提前给我的DISCLOSURE提到曾两次因洗衣机漏水
而CLAIM了保险.我看网上的说法这房子可能将来被保险公司拒保.所以我也在由于要不
要退出.这房子本是我的DREAM HOUSE...
