It's not the agent's responsibility, but the attorney's to draft that
letter.
Potential risks include property damager, mortgage rate increase etc. But
I don't feel this could be a problem as long as it's handled properly.

可以买safeway的gift card，然后去safeway买其他的gift card，但是YMMV了。。。我

正常sale还可以，签个lease，多收deposit。short sale，听6楼的。
