BMC终于在最近做了一件值得尊敬的事情。我敢说下面的狗屎99%都是所谓的个性化生物
“信息”“润色”的畸形怪胎。一般以所谓的Meta分析或者随便下载一套狗屎基因芯片
数据，然后做一些似是而非的烂分析，发一堆垃圾，一篇文章卖给忙于召妓的医生5万
到10万。

这些文章应该有些还挂了基金项目资助，静观国家自然科学基金委、科技部、教育部这
些机构是否作为。还有这些通讯单位。

看retraction note说的是投稿的时候编了一堆假的reviewer
是不是雇了个公司投稿，公司造了一堆假background的人做reviewer，然后稿子送到这
些人手上水过

严格来说 editor也有责任？
一般不会只选作者推荐的reviewer吧？

我审的稿子里就有这种reviwer让作者水过的，如果编辑一个不小心选了2个这样的
reviewer，我无论如何反对都只有一票，还是会发表。

主要就是交大的那几个附属医学院吧。交大当年跑步发展医学院，并进了好几个科研水
平其实不高的地方，但是又不愿意去调整他们的期望值，不是老实的把他们当作正常的
社区医院或者地区医院用，而是把那几个医院的医生都逼去发文章，不发就不能升职，
结果就把风气搞坏了。不过交大对于这种事情弄不好早就习惯了（大家还记得某芯么？
），反正不会影响他们领导的钱途或者学校的名气，你觉得他们有这个动力去做改变么？

中国一线城市三甲医院的医生估计比美国的医生还忙，而且普遍没有接受过系统的科研
训练，也就近些年毕业的7年制、8年制医学生还会花1、2年进实验室接受科研训练。早
个十几年，国内最好的几所大学即使专门从事基础研究、生物医学的院系或研究所的水
平和科研条件都还很低下，发篇英文SCI都难。

是啊，但是国内的学校不考虑国情的不同，盲目的逼医生去写论文。其实美国和中国
很大不同的一点就是，美国医学院的教授医生们收入并不高，喜欢做研究或者教学才会
进医学院，那些不喜欢科研或者教学的直接就去开私人诊所行医了，而且私人诊所的人
医术普遍比较高。但是国内因为待遇和环境的差别，导致医术和学术最高的人都挤在大
城市的三甲医院里，对于那些人本来就应该区分对待，即使在医生内部，医学轨和科研
轨也应该分开对待，对于医术高的人，让他们安心的去看病人以及带医学生即可，不要
乱逼他们去发什么狗屁论文。

作假主要是在peer review过程中
里面很多文章是meta-analysis 不需要作假
这种文章本身就不需要做实验就是查找某个药物以往发表的文献+软件分析后得出最
终数据然后对该药物或疗法下一个结论无论是positive还是negative的结论都能
发表
