一个对照性的microarray实验有1500个基因, 我没有用FDR曲线Q值,而是另行设计了一
个新的选法,第一次选出了64个, 第二次从64个中选出44个, 然后再选出29个, 最后一
步选出了19个。这样选出的结果以1500为基数的话,在纯粹的数量上是多了还是少了?谢

啥时候都可以，但是每个卡能兑换的不完全一样，forward能换amazon
但不知道是不是1w换100，所有thankyou卡都可以

我这个只是一部分RNA的甲基化检测结果。因为经费问题, 只做了这1505个基因。

forward只有特定活动才能100:1或更好比例换Amazon

1%左右差不多。你要是用qvalue选出来多少？

None of them can be selected by the FDR curve and q-value after permutation.
But with the raw p-values to fit the FDR and Q-value, 5 only.
An interesting thing is that if the selection is at the 0.01 with the new
method, only 5 can be selected, but these 5 genes are not the 5 genes
selected by the above. Only 3 are the same. The other 2 in the new method
even have the raw p-values > 0.05 in the old method.
In addition, in the 19 genes selected by the new method, 8 or more than 42%
of them have the raw p-values > 0.05 in the old method. So, you can see the
new method is significantly different from the current one.

那差不多了，不知道你自己弄得这个方法是啥，不过你要是能保证false positive
rate收敛于你的cutoff就行了。关键还是去validation，那你弄的这19个，去单独做一
下，用普通ttest看看就知道了。

我的这个方法可以无需FDR和Q值。那两个东西对于我来说很晦涩诡异。我不认为这里存
在一个所谓的多重检验下的误差增大的问题。事情其实很简单。
