大家好！我去年phd毕业，现在大学做博后。因为学校不是e verified（我知道很奇葩
。。。但是千真万确）opt 今年九月中旬过期，所以今年六月申请了h1b. 现在h1b还没
有被批准，最近有机会去一个e verified地方工作，想问问能不能取消h1b申请并且改
为申请opt延期？因为事情还没有定下来不方便去学校咨询，所以想问问大家有没有类
似的经历？十分感谢！

太高了。自住房可以做到4.5%，投资房可以做到4.875%。

You can probably get 5.25%. If the loan amount is small, 5.375% is fair.

If you can put 25 % down payment, your rate will be about 0.5% better. Since
