Good news
Depends the quality of unpublished data. If it is solid and powerful, ask
you current lab boss for permission. If it is not very pretty data, just
tell them there is potential conflict of interest so you can just mention
the broad direction but not elaborating further detail data.

如果可能的话，还是要尽量争取去对方实验室给talk。可以实地考察一下实验室怎么样

肯定是个没钱的或者很小气的。正常的都是电话聊顺了，就邀请去讲座。

我们组也这样搞过，大家视屏聊了半天
原因主要是时间
从发广告到有人接受offer不到一周，中间面了几个人，只有一个local的on site了

是啊，特别很多资深博后游荡在市场上，有opening就很多人来申请
当然，我认为我们组开的条件很有吸引力，老板也是做事高效，找到合适的就定了
