最近可能需要做个简单的proliferation assay,就是转染个基因然后几天过后数细胞数
量。据说转染率在80%左右。首先其实想问的就是做这个试验需要注意什么么？
其次，如果结果阴性的话，还有必要作cell death assay么？我记得曾经读过一篇文章
，说一个东西对proliferation没影响，但对cell death有影响（忘了他们是用flow还
是什么了）。板上有前辈能解释一下cell death assay一般怎么做的么？谢谢。

thanks for the info, I am using t mobile monthly 4g $30 plan,but the signal
is not good at my work, so want to switch.
Anyway, I ordered the phone with only 3G data per month (up to 5G total, but
only the initial 3G is high speed) for $35, there is no minutes at all.
I think there will be a number, anyone knows how to make internet calls,
such as through google voice or skype? I have few calls, but is hoping that
there is a way for this to work. If not, I will have to cancel the plan in 2
weeks.

做一下，排除transgene导致的death rate比proliferation rate快。
