If you buy insurance now, no need to pay at closing.
But most often, the insurance company can directly bill to your mortgage
company, that is why is appears on line 903.

应该可以时间长了可能影响效率
以前实验室只有-20度的也没出啥问题
就是2年要重新保存感受态大概可以放3-6个月

保险一般都是在Closing的时候买的,要是现在买了,close不了怎么办.

要有液氮罐的话，放液氮罐吧。我也没有-80C。全仍液氮里了。大点的罐子不要加太多
液氮。很多样品不要直接泡在液氮里，似乎就问题不大。

不要忘了定期添加液氮
之前我们系一教授学生半年没添液氮
然后细胞全死光了
他只能去个小学校当系主任养老了
现在我们系对液氮管的特严 hh
还专门买了个公用的-80冰箱

不用担心,Close不了,escrow是不会替你买insurance的.
