之前在UA帮父母买了4月16号国航的经济舱的里程票，已经confirm。
昨晚发现18号竟然有business class的升级，于是提交申请，交了change fee，补了里
程差价。得到UA的confirmation。
结果今天早晨给国航电话想改座位，被告知business class的升级竟然只是在waiting
list，不保证能拿到票！让我找ua确认。。于是又找UA，他们说无能为力。
这眼看就要就出发了，不知道这种情况应该怎么办呢？？

Prof. Lei Li’s group at the Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology at
Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) is seeking a
motivated and skilled synthetic organic chemist or biochemist/molecular
biologist as a postdoctoral fellow. The candidate will become a member of a
multidisciplinary team and play a key role in advancing chemistry and
biology of DNA lesions.
IUPUI is located in the beautiful city of Indianapolis, home of Colts,
Pacers and Indianapolis 500. As the 14th largest city in the US,
Indianapolis offers a wonderful urban life style in clean and safe
neighborhoods. IUPUI houses the nation’s largest nursing school and the
second largest medical school. The PI is a full member of the Melvin and
Bren Simon Cancer Center at the IU School of medicine. The research is truly
multidisciplinary, combining organic synthesis, DNA photochemistry, mass
spectrometry, and chemical immunology to investigate the chemistry and
biology of DNA lesions and elucidate their roles in the development of
various types of cancer. Further information about the research can be found

The applicant should have a PhD degree in organic chemistry, possess strong
synthetic skills and be interested in applying his/her skills to understand
nucleic acids chemistry and biochemistry. Alternatively, the applicant may
hold a Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or cell biology and
is interested in applying various biological means to the understanding of
cancer induction by DNA lesions. Please send a brief description (1-2 pages)

Yes. I had one like that, and the people on this board and my lawyer all
said okay.
Well, when you meant that he's slow, did you expect him to post mail it to
you? It is unnecessary. You can ask him to print out the letter, sign it,
scan it, and then email you the scanned copy. That is enough.
Other acceptable forms include the converted pdf with a digital signature,
or converted pdf with a figure of his signature.
As long as the letters are from the references unaltered, they are valid and
good to use. IOs may contact some references.

谢谢楼上两位！我试着打过，但UA说现在看不到国航商务舱的票了，他们也无能为力。
这该如何是好呀？
他们只是建议先找国航把当天经济舱的座位保住，然后和国航商量升舱。

UA和国航的系统连接有问题
这时候你要打UA的普通话客服电话, 1-800-551-3062
她们对这类问题(里程票改动后, UA已经confirm, 国航未confirm)比较清楚,也知道该
怎么办
不要再打UA的英文客服, 他们对这种问题一无所知,只能重复的告诉你UA已经confirm了,
但实际上这个问题应该找UA解决的,解决方法就是取消掉原来的里程票,重新订一张
大部分的UA中文客服都能帮你解决
如果还是不行,就打UA在中国北京或者上海的客服电话
切身体会(打电话和调研时间总共超过8小时!)

acrobat reader pro has that feature. The regular version does not have that
feature.
