投本领域top杂志，非CNS。
一个reviewer意见很positive， “Overall this is a very nice paper, with a
very novel message”，另外提了一些小意见。
另一个reviwer意见negative， “Although the manuscript presents some
interesting observations using tools to describe endogenous levels of tagged
pathway components, the data are simply not sufficient to support the
proposed model, and I therefore cannot recommend publication in ***.”
提的意见很picky，完全有点挑刺的感觉。
感觉怎么补数据，第二个reviewer都不会相信了。
迷茫中，老板的意见是补数据，看能不能说服第二个reviewer，我的感觉是基本上没戏
了。不知道版上有没有类似的情况，有没有argue成功的？谢谢。

我猜还是取决于NSC的处理时间，大概4个月吧。

那么把反对意见仔细看看，哪个是关键可以让Reviewer 2感到满意？有些吹毛求疵的地
方可以忽略不计。
你老板意思是做一点数据让Reviewer 2满意。这些实验很难吗？
你的model有没有判断性实验结果可以证明？如果有就应该据此同Reviewer 2进行争辩。

补实验部分有点难度，但还是可行的，但结果还是不可预期，毕竟生物系统这么复杂。
提交的manuscript有判断性的实验结果，但是第二个reviewer固执的认为，有别的解释
，这就是我说很mean，picky的地方。

辑看了reviewer2这么负面的评价以后还给revision，修改后应该还是比较有把握的，
不应该这么就放弃了。我老板对付这种审稿意见特别有经验，editor给了revision的情
况下没有不过关的，response letter很重要
