The title of the paper is "The influence of matrix viscosity on MWCNT
dispersion and electrical properties in different thermoplastic
nanocomposites". It's a manuscript submitted to Polymer which is a decent
journal in polymer research field.

小弟最近刚毕业，在找博后的路中，最近电面了一个lab，然后很快就被offer了，也没
有onsite的过程。请问各位这种情况正常吗？是不是需要注意点什么呢？

什么情况都有可能，我现在这个博后位置连电面都没有，发完信老板回信随便问了两句
，然后就给offer了。跟老板一点关系都扯不上，所以我当时也不敢相信，现在我已经
在这个实验室呆到第五年了。

多谢您的回复，我也是有些疑惑，本来准备着onsite的时候看看情况什么的，所以现在
有些疑虑
