美国PI手下这种工作应该是两个人做，一个大妈专门管定东西和闲事，一个小本专门帮
做实验的准备。工资就是这个价吧，东海岸类似的职位也是这样的，碰上老板心情好多
给几千。

还好吧，一般小地方学校tech 1的起薪大概就是三万多，加上benefit啥的总cost也得
奔着5万去了，当然这是指的刚毕业小本没啥经验，但凡有个一两年相关经验的不止这
个价了

会patch-clamp那水平也就和PI一个样了。那些PI，也就这个水平，顶的看的paper比较
多而已，没别的了。
