My loan is approved and I need to sign Escrow soon. My agent told me that I
won’t be given the key on the day of signing escrow. She will give me the
key after the escrow paper goes back to the lender and the escrow is closed.
I thought I will be given the key on the same date of signing escrow.
Also, I need to prepare the wire transfer for the down pmt on the date of
signing escrow?
