看好一个房子，但disclosure上说房子为了降低Radon Gas 而安了equipement to
mitigate Radon gas and the equipment now is working fine. Should I concern
this? 建在地里有氡气的房子是不是不该买呢？

影响你身体的归根结底还是你住的时候氡气水平，是因为氡气被mitigate过了才低还是
本来就低两者没有区别。你唯一要注意的是氡气mitigato坏掉的时候避免去地下室。另
外，就算别人mitigate了，你还是要检验一下氡气水平。

有这种系统的房子有很多，只要最终氡气水平不高，不应该作为主要缺点。

Nod. If you saw one, probably all the houses in that neighborhood got it.
But if you plan to refinish the basement and spend a lot of time in it, you'
d better buy a walk-out and keep windows open for all seasons.
