Just for sharing.
Really, I feal jealous that you still can use credit card to buy Vanilla
Reloadable. Below is my story in Dallas.
Wargreens--I went to 3 Wargreens, all of them are trained very well. The
answer to me is very consistent: you have to pay by cash to buy the
reloadable GC including Vanilla, PayPal, GreenDot...I was in Minneapolis. No
one said so to me.
7-11; I run 10 miles from my office to my home on Preston Road, on which ,
if only checking one side, you can find five 7-11 stores. I swept one by one
, only one store sold me two and when I attempted to buy the 3rd, the
manager stopped the casher saying "for this card, we only accpet cash." I
got all the same answer at least after checking seven 7-11 stores. But, Only
one is different, which is in Irving. The indian female casher allowed me
to buy with credit card.
CVS--I checked at least 3 CVS's. not found any of them selling Vanilla
Reloadable.
Conclusion, Vanilla reloadable is almost dead in Dallas.
If you happen to be in Dallas too, and knows how and where, please let me
