We seek motivated and creative persons to join our group. The research areas
of the group include :(1) translational regulation of gene expression, (2)
single cell sequencing analysis and application, (3) deep learning in
bioinformatics. The members of the group come from different background
including computer science, bioinformatics, molecular biology and medicine.
Our state-of-key facilities
include around 60 powerful high-performance CPU and GPU clusters and high-
throughput sequencers.
While most of our works are computational, we also carry out wet-dry
projects. People with computer science, mathematics, bioinformatics and
molecular biology background are all welcome.

Research Professor/Research Associate Professor
Basic salary of Research Professor: RMB 400,000-500,000 (US$62,000-77,000) +
bonus
Basic salary of Research Associate Professor: RMB 300,000-400,000 (US$46,000
-62,000) + bonus
Applicants of Research Professor or Research Associate Professor are
expected to have a minimum of three years of postdoctoral experience, with
excellent record of publications.

Postdocs
Basic salary of Postdocs: RMB 300,000-400,000 (US$46,000-62,000) + bonus
Postdoctoral applicants are expected to have a background in a relevant
biological field or to come from a quantitative field (such as statistics or
computer science). Strong programming and bioinformatics skills are plus.
Applicants must be highly motivated and able to work independently when
needed.
