I am currently on H1-B. My employer has just been acquired by another firm,
and the new company will use the other company's name. Do I need to do

我的理解是：
under evaluation: paper is with editor
to advisor: paper is with board
从To advisor 回到 under evalution就是指board的几个人把打分给editor然后editor
就要做决定了吧？但是现在又一次从editor那去了to advisor是怎么意思不饿？
具体如下：
周三夜里：Received（投稿)
周四上午：To Advisor (editor assigned）
周六下午：Under Evaluation
周一上午：To Advisor
