系统稳定下来了测试了一下。
setcpu超到了1.5G。
过去的24小时，大概用了半个小时左右，包括mitbbs那个app，和opera。用了25%的电。
所以sleep的话大概就是每小时1%不到，估计能光放着能放个5天左右。
看battery usage里面，cell standby 和 phone idle还是两个大头。难道CM7还没把这
两个模块去掉，在那里干耗电？
另外，mitbbs那个app似乎很电老虎，我在手机上也有此感觉。bbs潜个水比看youtube
还费电。

从基因组中扩增不出来，就想试试合成了，谢谢

似乎多了点。我一般情况下，24小时待机掉15%左右。

I used to order ~200bp, which cost me more than $100.
how did you get $99 for a 500bp oligo?
it would be great if you could share the experience. thanks

I just synthesized one by myself. Mine is 408 bp. I ordered 8 primers (
contains short complementary sequence one after another). The first 4 (
forward, reverse, forward, reverse to cover the first half of the sequence)
primers and the last 4 primers were put into 2 PCRs for annealing and
filling. The PCR products were then put into a new PCR for annealing and
filling. Then used the first forward primer and the last reverse primer for
a regular PCR. Gel purified the product, cloning. One day's job.
So I guess $99 IDT is the price for primers?? : )

为什么我在IDT合一个1.2kb的要近800刀，而且最后这帮人还没合出来。

他们倒想要，说给一个缺一块的序列，只收成本500还是多少，记不清了，没理他们。

Same thing happened to me. I switched to genewiz for gene synthesis ever
since. It is much better. Also the owner seems to be a Chinese.

What is your success rate with Genwiz? I am thinking about switching company

Here is the link for IDTDNA. They just launched the service less than a
month ago. You need to sequence the fragment but it is pretty high success
rate.
