只看了一本Brealey, Myers and Marcus，觉得写得很好
可是听人说Ross, Westerfield and Jordan也很不错，但是没时间仔细看了
犹豫中。。。

BREALEY那本不行，老了。感觉杂乱。
我们上课用过 PETER DEMARCO那本，感觉不错。
