五月底h1-b从公司A离职，payroll到七月中。
六月初eb1-a在TX属地获批，同时签了公司B的offer，需要relocate到Phoenix的居住地
，在等律师办H1-B
transfer。
请问
1. 从五月底到收到第二个H1-b的receipt之间，是不是算unlawfully stay？如果算，
会不会影响485的申请？
2. 我打算在新工作拿到两个paystubs之后，就向Phoenix递交485，请问是否可行。
希望能早日摆脱H1-B的煎熬，多谢！

焦虑有两种，一是对当前的行为不满，二是对当前的状态不满。
对行为不满，是指当前做的并不是最该做的事。当面对一个困难又不得不做的事情时，
人本能的会逃避，寄希望于做更容易的事来寻求安慰，而结果就是更加焦虑。
下星期有个面试，很焦虑，怎么办？
打游戏？做运动？背单词？找朋友吃饭？去图书馆学习？
甚至学习本身都不能消解那种焦虑，因为那不是当前最该做的事。最该做的是什么？把
面试中可能的问题列出来，找个朋友模拟面试，他提问，你回答，找出不足，总结提高
。来个几遍，焦虑就缓解了。
做当前最要紧的事，是面对焦虑的有效办法。
对状态不满，是一种弥漫性的焦灼。不满现状，却不知能做什么，看不到未来，看不到
转机。面对这类焦虑，怎么办呢？
生命的本质是时间，把时间花在有意义的事上，时间就有了意义，进而生命就有了意义。
列出来哪些方面是有意义的，学习，工作，健康，运动，社交...... 统计自己把多少
时间花在这些事上，三个小时？五个小时？不计较结果，只关注时间，一点点提高花在
有意义的事情上的时间比例，每一天也就越来越有价值，那种弥漫性的焦灼，也会一点
点化为对生活掌控后的喜悦。

公司通知是把h1-b给注销了。我查了一下条文，这种情况不能递485，因为不属于245k
