【在 D***t 的大作中提到】 : how to get miles into united mileageplus account when taking air china : flights? Thanks.

1. What level are you interviewing for? If associate / senior associate why do you expect that they'll ask you lots of questions about leadership? I' ve only heard of candidates rejected during group discussion because they are too "entrepreneurial." As an associate / senior associate we expect you to be a good team worker / learner but not (yet) a leader. 2. I don't think it's meaningful to ask about 文化氛围 generally - it really depends on the specific office or the specific team or even the specific people. 3. If you expect to become good friends with your co-workers you may have to adjust your expectation. In a professional world they are just your colleagues - you don't have to and you shouldn't expect to become friends with every single one of them. You don't even have to like them - you just need to be able to work with them. I've been fortunate enough to have made some really good friends at work, however, I'll never set such expectations. Remember - you are applying to a "professional services" firm.
You are too narrow-minded for the meaning of "leadership". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leadership -------- Leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task". Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". The leader may or may not have any formal authority. Self-leadership is a process that occurs within an individual, rather than an external act. It is an expression of who we are as people. -------- Leadership questions are commonly asked in the big-4 campus hire interview to the externship/internship/entry level applicants. http://www.ey.com/US/en/Careers/Students/Joining-EY#fragment-2- -------- What are we look for (EY) People who excel We want high academic achievers—those who think and work analytically, can communicate clearly and demonstrate leadership through their extra- curricular activities and community involvement. ----------
