终于等到了很久以来的第一个银行的面试，真的很紧张。想问一下大家，去银行面试穿
短袖套装，裙子和丝袜呢，还是穿长袖长裤好点？另外丝袜是穿肉色的还是黑色的啊？
已经电面过了，这是第二轮higher manager的面试，一般可能会问些什么啊。我申请
的是financial analyst. 请有经验的前辈指点一下。谢谢了！

Unauthorized data sent over 3G networks on Windows Phone 7 devices was cause
d by a third-party application, Microsoft has said.
Microsoft said last week that it was investigating the problem after Windows
Phone 7 users complained that their devices were arbitrarily sending out da
ta for no reason. These phones allegedly sent out the phantom data over the
3G network, even when the phone was connected to Wi-Fi. One user reported th
at his phone was sending out 30-50GB of data inexplicably every day. This is
sue would cause inflated cell phone bills, although Microsoft did not addres
s any kind of compensation for those affected.
Microsoft said it is continuing to investigate what caused this hiccup in th
e operating system.
"We have determined that a third-party solution commonly accessed from Windo
ws Phones is configured in a manner that potentially causes larger than expe
cted data downloads," said a Microsoft spokesperson. "We are in contact with
the third party to assist them in making the necessary fixes, and are also
pursuing the potential workarounds to address the configuration issue in cas
e those are needed. At this point in our investigation, we believe this is r
esponsible for most of the reported incidents."
Although Microsoft did not disclose which program caused the problem, compla
inants widely believe it was an email application. The company also said tha
t the issue only plagued "a small (low single-digit) percentage" of Windows
Phone 7 users.
Windows Phone 7 is still a pretty new operating system. The first round of d
evices went on sale in early November, and Microsoft will continue to add mo
re phones to the fold this year
