解毒剂 -- 分析是化学的功劳吧？ 很多蛇毒是传统解药的液体版。 况且急救吸毒还是很常见。

抗生素和干扰素是非常重要的一部分, 但从常识来说, 你至少还应该考虑到激素类, 维生素类, 麻醉/止痛类, 等等.
从趋势来看, 越来越多的药(小分子), 是某个/某类蛋白的抑制剂. 我手头没有数据, 但是随着生物医学研究的发展, 你看看现在新出来/正在研发的小分子化合物的药, 没有几个不是某个/某类蛋白的抑制剂.

高血压： 有五大类，几十种可选药物。
糖尿病：一类 单胰岛素就有十来种，可以相当程度模拟自身的胰岛素。现在一类糖尿
