We went to Mall to buy iPhone this morning, nobody there in the line. We
enter the mall from the gate which we entered every day, just want to ask
the Apple store if they sell the iPhone today. One of the security came, we
explained to him, and promise leave the Mall immediately, but the security
did not listen to our explain, ask for our ID, and then write our ID on one
of his form, and tell us we cannot enter the Mall again before Jan 1 2015,
include the parking lot. We just beg him don't do this to us. We just come
in ask a question. At the meantime, from the same gate came in a white man,
ask the same question. The security just answered the question and let him
leave. So we beg him not forbidden us come in again, I said everyone will do
the same thing just enter and ask a question, if no phone we will leave.
The Security then threaten us very rudely, if we speak one more word, he
will ask the police to arrest us. We request his name and left.
I just want to complain about this, we know we should not enter the Mall
from the stuff gate, but we are not violating the rules deliberately. We
just came in ask a simple question, because sometime Apple store change the
waiting gate, we just want to know where the line should start. We explained
to the security, and express we are sorry and will leave immediately.
If everybody get the same ban notice, that's fine. But the white man did not
, the security treat us differently, this is discrimination.
