Just forgot it. Life is always like this: you always see different
people in your future.
It's normal that every accepted paper must register. Most conferences
require this.

要求每篇paper注册一个作者是很正常的，
因为会议是让你去present你的工作，不只是收进proceedings完事。
那个late fee比较过分，我遇到的都很好说话的。

没看出来有什么问题啊，干什么动不动就讨论BAD personality，
是他自己晚了，过错又不在对方。。

this guy is good at organizing, met him at CIKM
a Fudan prof payed student fee, but the students cannot come
so the prof came in person, Park found this out and asked he to
pay additional fees
