phd毕业后如果要找industry的工作,那么什么方面比较重要?是要多发paper,还是
要多做项目?
主要是不明白industry的公司招phd都去做research还是编程

I guess that the important things are: 1) publish papers that some companies
can be interested. 2) build your connection.
I think that programming skills are important, but not what you can highlight
if you're a Ph.D student. People have different expectation to Ph.D. They want
to you know real problems, and know them deeply.
