比赛在一周之后，但是现在已经坐不住了
目前手头有neutrogena gradual tanning lotion一瓶底
instant bronzer多半瓶
coppertone tanning lotion medium/dark 一整瓶
这次一定要tanned,deep tanned, obnoxiously fake tanned
D.A.R.K.ness rules!

咱们也许需要理解女士一点就是女士是比较麻烦点，香水/头油/面粉什么的
我特别不喜欢一种香水，具体是哪种我说不出来，就是气味比较大一点，当时不觉得
难闻，但是过后在衣服上留的气味很臭
所以得体是如此的重要，或者说不留气味不要紧，千万不要留个不好的气味

com'on, just get over with it, this is way too normal.
If you watch any of the latin professionals close enought, 99.99% of them
have stain on their shirts......

If you are only dancing standard, strongly recommend not tanning, just use
makeup foundation, a lot less messier!!!
self tanner/tanning lotions are just way too messy, and that's why I went on
the tanning beds route.

unlikely, beacuse pale makes you look like sick or a ghost under strong
stage lights......
tanned skin shows muscle definitions easier and it also gives a slimmer look

is the tanning spray thing they show on TV ( the one they sprayed on Jerry
Springer) harmful for skin? that's seems faster than putting the lotion on

in my limited knowledge, all out of a bottle tanning stuff
have the same ingredient of effect, DHA, which has little harm to skin.
though some may experience dryness

Sick? Depends on what color your costume is. I think the pics on MIT Open
website shows a lot of un-tanned girls, who still look nice and 'fresh'.
a slimmer look is for sure.
