I want to learn some technique in oracle. I try to download Oracle Database
10g for my window XP. But there is a couple versons for windows. Can anyone
tell me which one is better for me who has not any experience in Oracle?

For self studying, should be fine.
Of cousre you need to agree to some c**p agreement (I accept...), but as
long as you don't sell it/your stuff based on it, who cares.

depends on what you want to learn, at least you need:
Oracle 10gR2 database
If doing development, you may want Application Server and some developer
tools
