中国有点什么事，都被引到体制问题上。而问题却是，体制不好，为什么经济社会
发展越来越好，从建国时的一穷二白，到现在不断超越发达国家，越过日本成为世界第
二大经济体，直逼老美。按购买力计算已是第一了。体制好的所谓西方民主国家，怎么
越发展越慢呢？如何解释呢？
就是和美国比，建国时肯定没法比的；改革开放初，也是没法比的；进入新世纪，
差距大；但现在，差距不断缩小。要知道，美国发展多少年了，中国建国至现在才多少
年！
所以说，鞋合不合适，只有脚知道。一个国家制度是否合适，要看事实，看这个国
家的发展。如果从尊重事实出发，中国的体制，比美国的先进不止一条街啊！

不是我的公司
地点:湾区 (city / peninsula area, 非南湾）
薪水：看水平，但应该不会失望（如果不是大牛）
industry: will disclose the company name if the resume is decided to move
forward.
need senior level data scientist for *analytics*
- no fresh grad or internship possibilities, sorry
- need probably at least 5-10 years of relevant experience. (only relevant
experience counts)
- need very strong sense of product and business solution
- does not need people who gets the spec and implement it very well (in that
sense, it is more engineering than analytics, which is not what the job
needs)
- technical skill: hive/python/r, and broad math/stat/ml etc. does not need
research type who spends a lot of time in algorithm. no need for java/scala,
though it is nice. need fast prototype. no need for dumping problem into an
algorithm (say GBM) and see what works.
- again, most important is sense of product, and provide creative business
solution. he/she needs to approach business and understands business pain
point, and comes up with deep data science solution (not too deep as in
algorithm research, but not easy as reporting though), and still technically
strong enough to be able to develop at least prototype solution end-to-end.
