I am wondering if anyone has some idea on the business model of Human
Resource industrial, and what kind of ML or DM methods they tend to use to
solve their problem. I feel very interested about their problems.

我觉得问题要反过来想 --- 你想解决什么问题。然后再去想方法。
用还是不用ML应该由问题来决定，不是拿ML往问题上套。

Thank you. This is exactly my question. I couldn't find very detailed
information on their business model and I know things I assume won't be
reliable. So I really hope someone in this industry to have a better answer.
