Could you please explain in more detail.
My situatio is: I create a new webform and add some control there. Then I run
it and login, then go to HOST---add new module defination. Then go to ADMIN
to create a new tab. But then how can I specify the path, I couldn't find the
drop down list you talked about.

If you want to manually install a module. You have to do this.
1. If your webform is not in the DNN project, compile it and you will get a
DLL, copy this DLL into bin directory of DNN (In fact, it shouldn't be a
webform, you should have one web control file .ascx)
2. create one directory under desktopmodules for example:
desktopmodules/TestModule/
3. Copy all your ascx and other files into that directory.
4. Then go to host, add new module definition, it must be named as:
TestModule,
5. Then cli
