If I want to create a service in windows 2000 and/or 2003 server with .NET, is
it possible to do?
Basically I want to have a backgroup process/service running to trigger some .
NET/ASP code to run, based on timer and/or other input conditions.
If this is not easy to do, is there a way to use SQL server 2000 to trigger
process o
