不知道最近在成都签证的形势怎么样。会不会因为swine flu和经济不景气到美国的人
少，签证容易过。

我7月23日陪我妈妈去成都签证了。我家是单亲独女，已经是二签，还是被拒了。这次
是以毕业典礼为由邀请妈妈的。想不到仍然失望的结果。
感觉在成都，父母年纪比较大的，搀扶着走去的，都特别轻松就过了。但是父母年纪不
大，五十来岁，家里要是又有硬伤，就更难过了。妈妈看到有一个爸爸三签还是被拒的
，那个爸爸生气的吵起来了，吼着要投诉。唉。还有看到一个延期过的，都回来呆了六
七年，再签的，也被拒了。
成都的签证官，真的很过分。

So in this case, USCIS is sending notification to "National Visa Center or

No worry.
