我在学校一个研究中心工作，老板是中心的主任，老板以我们研究中心的名义为我申请
的EB1B，这破学校连助理教授都不给申请，只给副教授以上人员申请。
中心只是学校系里的一部分，其实中心和系是一体的，就象国内的一个单位两个牌子。
移民官要老板提供有足够财力继续支付我的工资，必须交：财务年度报告，联邦退税，
或者审计财务报表。（Submit evidence to estiblish that the petitioner had the
financial
ability to pay the profered wage as of the priority date, and continues to
have such ability. Such evidence must include annual reports, U.S. federal
tax returns,or audited finacial statements.）
学校的研究所不可能有独立财务，怎会有这东西？我想移民官怀疑这中心的存在，或者
把它当成公司了？ 或者在学校工作必须由学校提出申请，分支机构不能申请？
