的PD,140批后刚换工作，正要和公司谈从新file perm。

我2011年初换工作，很快重办perm，先被audit，拖了快一年，告知职位描述广告不合
规矩 deny，由于当时有很多类似case，被认为是training问题，律师很快appeal。三
个月后appeal成功。由于当时有个485的window，律师就直接140和485同时递交，140批
了后没有retrieve 原先的日期。律师有递交了一次140dateretrieve的申请。
当时新公司的律师还不错，很有经验处理的很快。多跟律师沟通很关键，重要的事情一
定要问律师把关。

实在是RP好，太牛了，这么难都过了，应该发包子庆祝。

不好意思，本人长期潜水，没什么包子。只希望share的信息能对他人有帮助。
另外，485 递了之后有RFE，要employment certificate， 公司律师直接处理了之后才
发mail告知有这么回事。
要是不换工作，估计有可能早一年拿卡。
