请教在家工作的xdjm，关于你们的H1b和perm# EB23 - 劳工卡

我在A城市工作，当初办的H1b的工作地点是在公司。现在我要在B城市的家里工作，AB
距离55miles。不知道这个算不算工作的重大改变，需要不需要新的LCA，需要不需要新
的H1b？
如果需要新的LCA和新的H1b，是不是根据以前H1b办的perm和140都得从新来？

55公里就30 几mile
属于一个metro area，应该不需要重新lca。

抱歉写错了，是55miles。
那属不属于一个metro area呢？

I remembered that LCA is based on county. For the same county, PW would
be the same.

AB城市属于不同的county
是不是说要新的LCA，但是不用新的H1b呢？

我觉得不是大问题，
大不了你每天开车上班就好了
家离office 55mile是有点远，但是有些大城市可能比较普遍

就是不想每天开车上班，呜呜，每天来回2小时耗在路上。。。。。。
要是大城市俺也就认了，这乡下。。。。。大雪，龙卷风，一望无际的红土地。。。。

你不用天天去，
偶尔去一下即可。。。
问一下律师，应该没事

就是律师说不论每周几天在家工作，都得从新办所有的，从lca到h1b，从perm到140
所以我才上来请教有没有实例可以证明律师说得不全对。。。。。。

As long as the office in A city exists, you can continue using the old PERM.

Green card is based on a position in future. Just promise that you will
start working in office once you get green card and all will be fine.
H1B may be an issue.Maybe you can redo the H1B so the attorney doesn't feel
his opinion is completely ignored?

你可以办个新perm。律师愿意弄，就让他去弄
以前的perm并不作废

让他折腾去吧，反正perm是公司出律师费，呵呵
